Chelsea Williams is skilled at navigating multilayered and multicultural organization structures to advise and collaborate with diverse partners and community members. She has worked in Belize as a Health Care Educator for Peace Corps, Kenya, and Zimbabwe. Chelsea speaks English and Spanish.

Sieng is a first-generation Hmong American refugee. He is a graphic designer, visual artist, and community organizer. Sieng was named a recipient of the Jerome Emerging Artist Fellowship. He designed and developed the We Are Hmong/Peb Yog Hmoob Minnesota exhibit at the Minnesota History Center. He also received the Cultural Community Partnership Grant from the MN States Art Board to design public art for Hmongtown Marketplace. His passion lies at the intersections of our multicultural society, helping to bridge the many inequities and misunderstandings. Sieng speaks English and Hmong.

Dr. Pauline Danforth is a skilled writer, researcher and lecturer who is deeply connected to the urban Indian community in Minnesota. She has broad-based experiences in higher education. She earned her Ph.D. in American Studies from the University of Minnesota. She is an enrolled member of the White Earth Nation.

She has worked in consulting roles at all levels of government.
